Picard's first season has given us many surprising and interesting additions to the Final Frontier, but this week's first half of the season finale, "Et in Arcadia Ego, Part 1," is A LOT. From another [BLANK] to an evil [BLANK], we unpack everything happening here.

But first, we open with some good news and kind thoughts from our Reader Mailbag as we welcome our youngest new listeners! And, of course, a Red Shirt beams on down and gets an eyeful (pun SO intended).

Put down your French fries and peppermint ice cream, tune out the Admonition and listen now to the newest ep of TR3!

  1. In regard to Alton Soong and his resemblance to Noonian Soong, remember that in Enterprise Brent Spiner played Arik Noonian Soong who turned out to be an ancestor of Noonian. He was also a talented geneticist. At the end of The Augments, he mused that cybernetics might be a better approach for the betterment of mankind, but "it might take a few generations." He might have done something to his own genes to skew his offspring toward talents suited for cybernetics, but also had the side effect of making them all look exactly alike.

Also, I've been listening to you guys for years. I love hearing analysis on these shows I've seen countless times before. I'm grateful you're covering these new episodes each week. Keep up the great work.
