Star Trek III: The Search for Spock turned 35 this week, too -- and Wrath of Khan celebrated its 37th (!) anniversary. We feel just as old/young as Admiral Kirk did right now as we take a quick nostalgic look back at those major Trek milestones as well.

And we add three Red Shirts from Search for Spock that you've probably never seen before -- or forgot ever existed.

So grab a goblet of Martok's vintage blood wine, pull up a chair at Vic Fontaine's and listen now to the new TR3.

This week, we review William Shatner's Chaos on the Bridge, a very compelling -- and very frank -- behind-the-scenes look at the crazy sh** show that was the first two seasons of TNG.

The late then-showrunner Maurice Hurley makes his first on-camera appearance since 1988 to talk about his time on the Enterprise -- and he's still mad as hell after all these years. Is this "warts and all" chronicle of the birth of one of your fav TV shows a must-see? Listen and find out.

Plus, we discuss Idris Elba’s hints about his "groundbreaking" Star Trek Beyond character, we’ve got our latest giveaway (pop-up Star Trek!), and our Red Shirt from Wrath of Khan literally drops in this week. So crank up your Winamp players and listen now to Episode 82 of Transporter Room 3!
